Ingredients:
8 ounces sushi-grade tuna
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic to make the marinade.
